Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions agreement is entered into by and between Shore Safe Watch LLC, and the client utilizing our property monitoring services.

Shore Safe Watch provides visual property monitoring services, which may include:

  • Exterior inspections

  • Interior walkthroughs (if access is provided)

  • Checking for visible damage, leaks, or security issues

  • Basic reporting of findings

Services do NOT include:

  • Licensed home inspections

  • Repairs, maintenance, or construction work.

  • Continuous or real-time monitoring

No Guarantee of Condition

Client acknowledges that services are limited visual inspections only.

Shore Safe Watch does not guarantee:

  • Prevention of damage, theft, or loss

  • Detection of all issues or hazards

  • That all systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) are functioning properly

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate property access (keys, codes, instructions)

  • Maintain active insurance coverage

  • Inform Shore Safe Watch of any known issues

Access & Entry

Client grants permission for Shore Safe Watch to access the property for scheduled visits.

We are not responsible for:

  • Alarm system failures or false alarms

  • Damage caused by faulty locks, doors, or property conditions

Reports reflect conditions observed at the time of visit only.

Disclaimer

The information and services provided by Shore Safe Watch are for general property monitoring purposes only.

While we make reasonable efforts to inspect and report on the condition of your property, we do not guarantee the detection or prevention of all issues, including but not limited to leaks, mold, structural damage, pest infestations, theft, or weather-related damage. Our services are visual inspections only and do not replace licensed inspections, insurance coverage, or emergency services.

Shore Safe Watch is not responsible for:

  • Hidden or pre-existing conditions

  • Sudden or unforeseen damages

  • Failures of utilities, appliances, or systems

  • Acts of nature, vandalism, or third-party actions

Clients acknowledge that:

  • The property is not continuously monitored

  • Issues may arise between scheduled visits

  • Immediate action may not always be possible

By using our services, you agree that Shore Safe Watch shall not be held liable for damages beyond the scope of our agreed services.
